  I went there on June 29th near the end of breakfast. The manager that waited on me was not very friendly. She placed my bag on the counter with her back towards me. Did not say a word. Not a "thank you" or "have a nice day", nothing. Guest service is very lacking on her part.

  The long list of issues here will make for a long post.
  1. The staff isn't friendly at all. They don't listen to your order and quite often cut you off
  2. The food is rarely fresh and usually cold. Cold fries=gross
  3. My order is 9 times out of 10 wrong.
  I've complained to corporate in the past via survey and it did get better but it seems to be falling apart again. Today I was over charged, because the employee didn't listen. Took the manager to fix it in the register. My fries were cold and stale. When I got home my sandwich was wrong. Now I feel extremely sick
  The bright side, breakfast. The staff is nice and the food is usually hot and as fresh as fast food could be.
